Volthuis
Volthuis is a fast-moving energy startup, installing home batteries, solar panels, and charging stations across the Netherlands.

Problem
With the net metering scheme phasing out, homeowners and businesses are under pressure to act, but most don't know where to start. The window to get ahead is narrow, and every week without a strong brand presence means lost ground to established competitors. So they needed a designer that could keep up.

Approach
I took on the full range of print and brand materials — business cards, flyers, stickers, brochures — while also helping define the overall visual direction. The focus was on speed without cutting corners: delivering professional, consistent materials that could go to market immediately and hold up as the company grows.

Result
A coherent visual identity across all print touchpoints, ready to use in the field. Volthuis now shows up professionally from the first handshake — whether that's a business card left behind after an installation or a flyer in a local showroom.

Next Steps
Volthuis has made significant investments that need to pay off. With the net metering deadline creating real urgency for homeowners, the brand is now positioned to capture that demand. As the company scales, the design foundation is in place to grow with it.
